The Top 60 Masters Award honors exceptional artists with the ATIM Masters Award. Recipients receive “Rising Above,” an angel like sculpture by founder Viviana Puello, symbolizing the fight against war and inequality and promoting global peace. This award inspires artists to persistently pursue their dreams.
24 Carat Gold Award
A famous Italian porcelain company in Nove, Italy, creates the reproductions in porcelain and then plate them with 24-carat gold. This unique, spectacular sculpture embodies everything ATIM stands for.
Angel Wings
It is a 25-cm angel-like figure with magnificent open wings and extended arms painted in Ferrari Red Enamel and Gold.

ArtTour International Unveils Prestigious ‘Top 60 Masters Awards’ Book Celebrating Global Artistic Excellence.
ArtTour International is proud to present the “Top 60 Masters Awards” book, which celebrates outstanding artistic talent from all over the world. Curated by Viviana Puello and featuring graphic direction by Alan Grimandi, this award program is widely recognized as the “Oscars of the Visual Arts” and showcases the best in contemporary art.
The “Top 60 Masters Awards” book features sixty exceptional and innovative artists from various fields, including painting, sculpture, photography, digital art, and installation. Each artist has been honored for their creativity, innovation, and contributions to the art world, representing excellence in their respective fields.
The covers of the book feature four exceptional artists whose works represent the diversity and depth of the collection. The front cover showcases Frank Hoeffler’s “Untitled Abstract,” capturing his mastery of blending complexity with aesthetic appeal. The back cover features Stephen Tobin’s poignant photograph “Parenting,” depicting connection and caregiving. The interior front cover highlights Tracey Chaykin’s self-portrait “Connected,” serving as a powerful reminder of our environmental responsibilities. Lastly, the interior back cover presents Rod Cusick’s “Galactic Supercluster Merger,” a dynamic visualization of the vastness of the universe.

Alan Grimandi
Alan Grimandi, CEO and co-founder of ArtTour International Magazine, is an awardwinning Italian filmmaker, director, producer, multimedia designer, and advocate for the arts. He is the recipient of the “Best First Time Director” award by New York Film Awards for his film “Kintsugi-The Line Of Destiny,” which also received the “Top Documentary Award” from the Top Shorts Film Festival.
Alan was introduced to the art world at an early age and embarked on an artistic career that has brought him significant accomplishments. With over fifteen years of experience in filmmaking, he has helped art entrepreneurs and organizations through short promo ads, elaborate video productions, and compelling films and documentaries. His award-winning video production team has turned many dreams into cinematic realities.
As the founder and programming director of the Vivid Arts Network TV channel, Alan has played a crucial role in promoting the arts through media. He co-created the documentary series Art Titans: Masters of the New Era, working closely with his partner Viviana Puello. This series showcases the journey and works of contemporary artists, emphasizing their impact on the art world. Art Titans aims to highlight the unique stories, techniques, and inspirations behind some of the most influential artists of our time, providing viewers with an intimate look into the creative process.

Meet the Artists on the Covers of the Top 60 Masters Awards Book
THE OSCARS OF THE VISUAL ARTS
Frank Hoeffler, a native of Wisconsin, embarked on his artistic journey at a tender age, evolving into a classically trained professional artist. His creative prowess was honed at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee Peck School of the Arts, where he mastered various mediums. Hoeffler’s versatile style, ranging from realism to abstraction, has been showcased in numerous national and international juried shows.
Recognized as one of ArtTour International’s Top 60 International Master Artists for 2022, 2023, and 2024, his art has graced the NASDAQ billboard in Times Square. The front cover of the book features an Untitled Abstract work by Hoeffler, showcasing his ability to blend complexity with aesthetic appeal. Hoeffler’s contributions extend beyond his art, as he also serves as a judge, juror, and instructor in Wisconsin and beyond.
Stephen Tobin is an acclaimed fine art photographer known for his innovative and emotionally resonant work. Recognized as one of ArtTour International’s Top 60 Masters of Contemporary Art, Tobin’s photography captures profound human experiences. His exhibitions include solo showcases at the Agora Gallery in Manhattan and the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. After returning to Newfoundland, Tobin’s artistic vision evolved through collaborations with local communities.
In 2020, he became a registered nurse, integrating a message of healing into his art, particularly for individuals with PTSD. The back cover of the book features “Parenting,” a poignant fine art photograph capturing the tender moment of a child’s hand reaching out to a parent, symbolizing connection, trust, and the essence of caregiving. Tobin’s work merges his artistic talent with his nursing background, offering a unique perspective on healing and resilience.
Tracey Chaykin is a master artist who combines art with environmental advocacy. Her detailed colored pencil drawings and mixed media pieces highlight themes of conservation and environmental stewardship. Chaykin collaborates with organizations such as the IUCN/SSC Otter Specialist Group and Artists for a Green Planet and donates a portion of her sales to The Ocean Conservancy.
Named one of ArtTour International’s Top 60 Masters for 2022 and 2023, her work is showcased in prominent locations and publications, promoting environmental awareness. The interior front cover of the book features “Connected,” a mesmerizing self-portrait in the form of the globe, serving as a powerful reminder of Mother Earth and our need to care for our environment. Chaykin’s future projects will continue to focus on nature and conservation, aiming to inspire action through art.
Rod Cusick draws inspiration from Einstein and Van Gogh to create his “Cosmic Images,” which use post-impressionist techniques to visualize Einstein’s thought experiments. His goal is to inspire viewers to explore physical reality through evidence-based judgments, encouraging curiosity and critical thinking.
Influenced by role models like Albert Einstein, Carl Sagan, Arthur C. Clarke, and Stephen Hawking, Cusick’s work blends scientific insights with creative storytelling. The interior back cover of the book features “Galactic Supercluster Merger,” a dynamic mixed media piece that visualizes the colossal merging of galaxies, emphasizing the vastness and complexity of the universe.

We provide the official TOP 60 MASTERS logo and branding materials for use by artists and the press. Please adhere to these guidelines:
- The logo must be used as is, without alterations. Do not modify, recreate, or adjust it using any graphic software.
- Media members may use the logo for editorial or promotional purposes related to the Top 60 Masters project.
- Artists may display the logo on their personal websites and social media but not on commercial or third-party platforms.
- The logo must not be used in merchandise, third-party publications, or to imply a partnership with another organization.
- The logo, a registered trademark of ArtTour International Publications, Inc., was designed by Humberto Jose Orozco and approved by CEO Alan Grimandi in 2012. It remains unchanged since its creation.
